If you have a passion for setting new standards, working with people, and actively working towards a sustainable future, then do we have a position for you – we are currently seeking to fill the position of Customer Support Associate (m/f/d).
 
As Customer Support Associate (m/f/d), you will be responsible for:
 
  • Pre-qualification of prospective customers (B2C): Verification and qualification of potential customers through telephone calls, e-mails or other means of communication.
  • Data maintenance in CRM: ensure that all customer and sales data is correct and up-to-date.

Your profile

  • Experience in customer communication and anaylsis, ideally in a B2C
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in telephone and written customer communication
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to collaborate with other departments
  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to quickly identify and evaluate customer needs
  • Commercial training (an advantage)
  • Good knowledge of using MS Office, CRM systems and other sales tools (an advantage)
